How Gajo Šped d.o.o. handles personal data collected through this website.

Last updated: 30 August 2026

Data controller

The controller of personal data is Gajo Šped d.o.o., Put ka Moravi 15, Konjevići, 32000 Čačak, Serbia. For any question about data processing, write to gajosped.doo@gmail.com.

What data we collect

Through the contact form we collect only the data you enter yourself: first name, last name, phone number, e-mail address and the content of your message.

The site uses no analytics, advertising networks or visitor profiling.

In addition, the site stores two technical markers in your browser; they contain no personal data and never reach us — they are explained in the Cookie policy.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data solely to answer your enquiry and, if cooperation follows, to arrange transport. The legal basis is your consent, or steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.

Who else processes the data

Form submissions are technically processed by Formspree (Formspree, Inc.), which forwards the message to our e-mail address. Messages are received and stored in an e-mail account with our e-mail provider. The site is hosted on the Vercel platform.

We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep the data

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to answer them and document business communication, and no longer than two years from the last contact, unless regulations require a longer period.

Your rights

Under the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time.

Send your request to gajosped.doo@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.

Security

The site uses HTTPS encryption. Access to received enquiries is limited to employees who need it for their work.
